Basic Yǎngshēng 養生 (Nourishing Life) Practice on Spring Begins
Join us for a remote Daoist practice session focusing on basic Yǎngshēng 養生 (Nourishing Life). Also known as Qìgōng 氣功 (Energy Work/Qi Exercises), this is movement practice with an emphasis on health and longevity. Each 1.5 hour meeting begins with standing meditation in combination with formal instruction on our foundational and primary movement practice. This is followed by a discussion of informing views and a question-and-answer period. No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.
