Remote Foundations of Daoist Practice Retreat

Join us for a remote offering of our Foundations of Daoist Practice 修道基本 Retreat. This retreat assists individuals in developing and strengthening an authentic root in tradition-based Daoist practice-realization, including fundamental Daoist approaches, practices, principles, and views. The remote version is specifically intended to provide access to our teachings for individuals unable to travel and attend an on-site and in-person training session. The retreat features morning and evening communal Quiet Sitting 靜坐 meditation, standing meditation and basic Yǎngshēng 養生 (Nourishing Life) practice, Lùndào 論道 talks, and Scripture Study 經學.

No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.

Cost: $200/person. Registration deposit of $100 due on or before Friday, October 4. Full payment due on or before Monday, October 7. (A limited number of need-based scholarships are available for community members)
