San Diego Daoist Spring/Summer Retreat

Join us for a full day of Daoist training including: Standing Meditation, Yangsheng, Lundao Talk, Scripture Study, and Seated Meditation.

Tea, snacks and a vegetarian lunch will be provided. 

All are welcome. No prior experience necessary.

The retreat will be held at Yinsong zhai 隱松齋 (Hidden Pine Studio), Fay McGrew's practice space in Carlsbad, CA. We are grateful to Fay for hosting the retreat.
